Aramark at RAF Boulmer is seeking a passionate Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner, and delivering exceptional catering for events. You will work with quality ingredients, support your team, and enjoy a strong work–life balance in a globally respected organisation.

The role requires a relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/2 or equivalent), flexibility, and a commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for past 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.
• Following recipes and all policies and procedures.
• Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
• Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
