Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London is seeking a Chef de Rang to join the Rosebery team. You will be responsible for guest requests, mise en place and menu knowledge, with upselling opportunities and accurate billing.

The role operates on a 39-hour, 5-day week with rotating shifts across mornings and evenings. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a high-end F&B environment, be guest-focused, and possess excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food & beverage environment, ideally in a high-end, luxury establishment.
• Guest-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
