Chef de Partie - Private Members Club - Monday to Friday

One of London's oldest and most unique private members clubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join this fantastic team. The kitchen caters for a fine dining restaurant offering quality British cuisine using fresh and seasonal produce, as well as the bar and banqueting services.

The suitable candidate will have a stable background, preferably in 4/5* hotels or AA Rosette restaurants, ideally in British / European cuisine.

Position offers:

1. Monday to Friday straight shifts (early or late shifts)
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. Overtime paid
4. Closed bank holidays
5. Uniform and meals provided
