Overview:
We are expanding our culinary team and are recruiting for a Chef de Partie. As a Chef de Partie, you will support senior chefs in delivering high-quality cuisine, working alongside our highly skilled chefs. Your role will involve leading a section within the kitchen, ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and in line with company standards.
You will also direct and coach junior team members to ensure they meet food standards and quality during service and preparation.
