Another Place, The Lake in the Lake District is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work across two restaurants, Ramspbeck and The Living Space, delivering a fine-dining menu and a more relaxed sharing-platters concept.

We require proven Chef de Partie experience, essential Food Hygiene certification, and a passion for quality ingredients. This full-time role covers a 45-hour week with opportunities to learn across diverse cuisines.

Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie in busy kitchen environments.
• NVQ qualifications are desirable or equivalent.
• Essentials: Food Hygiene certification and a passion for quality ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to standards.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to run the section smoothly.
• Own your section and support service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Help manage stock and minimise food waste.
• Complete kitchen checks and records.
• Support the wider team with prep and service.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior chefs.
