Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen in the North West. You will craft dishes from freshproduce, contribute to a smooth service, and uphold health and safety standards across a high‑spec kitchen.

Qualifications

• Passion and experience cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Eye for detail and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes for service in a timely and accurate manner.
• Rotate stock and oversee your section to ensure freshness.
• Assist with kitchen operations and food quality during shifts.
• Show motivation to develop skills and progress to the next level.
