Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will work in a well-equipped kitchen, crafting high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service.

You will be dedicated to maintaining consistency, supporting stock control, and progressing your culinary skills through our development programmes and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking with fresh produce.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to Health & Safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook and manage your section in a busy kitchen.
