Six by Nico in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen in Fitzrovia. The role offers exposure to continually changing menus, enabling ongoing skill development across different cooking styles.

You will work under Head and Sous Chefs, running a section during service and contributing to high standards of food safety and quality, with opportunities for career progression and travel across Six by Nico sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to run a section during service and support daily operations.
• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations.
• Lead a section during service; sections rotate for development.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
• Deliver first-class service with a positive attitude under pressure.
