Six by Nico is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. The role offers the chance to work across changing menus, developing skills and knowledge with different cooking styles while delivering high standards of service.

You will work under Head and Sous Chefs, running a section during service, focusing on food safety and quality, and embracing a fast-paced, pressurised environment with a positive attitude.

Formación

• Experience as a Chef de Partie with proven daily kitchen duties.
• Knowledge of modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Ability to take direction from Head/Sous Chefs and run a section.

Responsabilidades

• Take direction from Head Chef and Sous Chefs while running the kitchen daily.
• Run a section during service; sections will rotate for development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food, modern techniques and food safety.
• Commit to delivering first class service; maintain organisation under pressure.
