Qualifications

Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
Good technical cooking ability and understanding of fresh food preparation.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for your own section and ensure dishes are prepared and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Work closely with the Head Chef and brigade to support menu execution, preparation and service.
