Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join its premium golf and country club kitchens. You will work with Head/Sous Chef to uphold top standards of food production, health and safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, manage stock, minimise waste and assist during peak periods while contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• GCSE and/or Level 1–2 Food Safety qualifications.
• Previous hospitality cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to specification in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene compliance across sections.
• Manage stock, minimise waste and support training initiatives.
• Assist during busy periods and contribute to continuous improvement.
