The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our prestigious golf and country clubs across the UK. You will work with the Head/Sous Chef to uphold top-tier food production, safety, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing stock, minimising waste, and supporting continuous improvement while delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections.
• Prepare and serve food to specification.
• Supervise staff and manage stock.
• Minimise waste and contribute to departmental goals.
• Assist during busy periods and participate in training and improvement initiatives.
