Qualificações

• Experience in kitchen duties and food preparation.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing ingredients.
• Wash, peel, weigh, measure and mix ingredients.
• Cook according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Monitor food quality and temperature during preparation.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety.
