Haskins in Ferndown is seeking a Chef De Partie on a full-time temporary basis (9 months), 38 hours per week, alternate weekends. The role includes day-to-day kitchen duties across production, overseeing counter service, carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter, with a strong pastry background required.

Qualifications

• /strong; Strong pastry background required.
• /strong; Previous catering, patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.
