Contract: Full Time , Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40h per week

One of the world's largest law firms with their UK HQ in London. Catering for around 700 people daily. We offer breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, along with high-end, frequent hospitality. This role is Monday to Friday, benefiting from excellent transport links.

We are seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at a prestigious London location.

You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.

You will enjoy working with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. Creativity and skill showcase opportunities are available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a team providing catering services to pupils and teachers
  • Prepare food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, following brand standards
  • Maintain food standards and control wastage
  • Follow Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures

Required skills:

  • Interest in food and excellent customer service
  • Team player
  • Passion and innovation in food
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Understanding of food cost and wastage
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
