SOURCE at the Gilpin is seeking a talented Junior Sous or Sous Chef to help lead a Michelin-starred kitchen at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. You will work within a luxury, sustainability‑driven operation renowned for its commitment to provenance and seasonal dishes.

You will support the Head Chef, mentor junior staff, manage orders and stock, and contribute to menu development in a forward‑thinking, locality‑driven environment with excellent gratuities and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
• Deep understanding and respect for ingredients and sustainability.
• Passion for continuous learning and culinary excellence.
• Calm under pressure with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
