Job summary

Yarlington Residences by The Newt in Somerset is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury private residences team. You will deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner services, and tailor dishes around guest preferences and dietary requirements, under the supervision of the Yarlington Head Chef.

You will move between Yarlington and other estate kitchens as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and working patterns aligned to guest stays and occupancy. Driving license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner services to high standards of food, presentation and service.
• Create ready-to-eat food and tailored dishes for guests, following menus and safety requirements.
• Respond to pre-booked and ad-hoc guest requests, including dietary needs and preferences.
• Work with the Yarlington Head Chef to prepare staff food.
• Organise guest food orders and ensure residences are stocked ahead of planned stays.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and Health & Safety.
• Coordinate food preparation and service with the Head Chef and Butler team for guest requirements.
• Support larger events and cross-kitchen work across the estate as needed.
