Grantley Hall is seeking a diligent Junior Kitchen Associate to assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen, working under a Sous Chef, and contributing to high-quality menu development within a luxury setting.

You will help ensure exceptional food standards, support team training, and assist across sections as needed, while maintaining cleanliness and stock control in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Passion for food and commitment to quality cuisine.
• Knowledge of health & safety guidelines in kitchen environments.
• Ability to maintain luxury standards and high-quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist brigade in smooth, safe kitchen operations.
• Manage day-to-day running of your section under a Sous Chef guidance.
• Support development of creative menus and service in the kitchen.
• Ensure food quality meets luxury hotel standards.
• Feedback to Sous Chef/Head Chef from guests and team.
• Assist other sections or duties when required.
• Train and delegate tasks to Commis Chefs and apprentices.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock control, organization and section standards.
