Claridge's in London invites an exceptional Chef de Partie to join the Main Kitchen team. Working under renowned chefs, you will prepare dishes to exacting standards reflecting our commitment to exceptional dining.

You will oversee a team of Commis and Demi CDPs, maintain hygiene and mise-en-place, and contribute to events serving up to 1000 guests daily. This is a fast-paced, rewarding environment within the Maybourne family.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential.
• Passion for food and quality products, be a team player who wants to be challenged and developed.
• Thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.

Aufgaben

• The preparation and service of food within the Foyer and Reading Room, In Room Dining and our luxury event space, catering for up to 1000 people per day, working alongside the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef
• Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on the section.
• Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
• Working with and supporting Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties and First Commis Chefs.
• Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
• Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control.
