Qualifikationen

• CDP or high performing Demi CDP experience on a luxury hotel brigade.
• Ability to lead a section and contribute to menu development.

• Follow recipes and methods as outlined; maintain high hygiene standards.
• Maintain and run your section; manage stock rotation and ordering levels.
• Contribute to dish development and standard-setting across outlets.
• Ensure rotas meet guest and business needs; participate in daily briefings.
