Job summary

The Seven Stars is a traditional pub kitchen near Petersfield, part of Hall & Woodhouse. We are expanding our kitchen team and seek an experienced Chef de Partie to work a busy service, maintain high standards, and contribute to a sustainable, customer-focused dining experience.

We offer a 5-day work week, 2 days off, and an hourly rate of £13.55 with tips and other benefits. Accommodation may be available; training and progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and knowledge of the Chef de Partie role in a busy kitchen is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run a section working to precise specifications for cooking and presentation.
• Inspire and support colleagues as a team player.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and allergen regulations.

Super Stars - Wonderful Food Pub Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional pub restaurants and situated on the A272, just outside Petersfield, The Seven Stars simply oozes traditional character and charm and boasts great accessabilty and parking famous Guests. We are boosting our kitchen and have a vacancy for an experienced CDP, Section or Line chef to join our wonderful team.
