Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings between £15 and £15.50 including TRONC, and live-in accommodation available.

This role offers bespoke training, opportunities for progression across more than 40 locations, plus employee benefits like discount schemes and staff welfare initiatives.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
