Job summary

Heartwood Inns is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our award-winning pubs and brasseries. You will contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes and support senior chefs in multiple sections, following recipes and standards.

We offer a competitive hourly rate up to £13.10 with TRONC, and OTE £14.50–£15 including TRONC. Benefits include training, early pay, and staff discounts as part of a supportive hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• Passion for delivering great quality and fresh food.

About You:
