Job summary

Heartwood Collection is on the lookout for passionate and vibrant individuals to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. We’re an award-winning group of cosy pubs and brasseries, delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to local communities.

We offer a base rate up to £13.35 per hour plus TRONC, training through our Stepping Stones programme, paid early access, generous leave, and a rewards package including up to £1,500 referrals, food discounts, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Services are Monday to Friday - Lunch and Dinner, Saturday - Dinner

(Closed Saturday Lunch and Sunday Lucn and Dinner)

About You:
