Job summary

The Parrot, Forest Green, part of Brunning & Price, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy pub kitchen in the Forest Green area. You’ll work across all kitchen sections under the guidance of the Head Chef, producing fresh dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.

We offer a basic salary up to £32,000 per year with tronc (card tips), paid overtime, a range of staff benefits and opportunities for progression within Brunning & Price.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a senior kitchen role.
• Experience in catering/hospitality environments.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and kitchen teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef across all kitchen sections.
• Work as part of a tight-knit kitchen brigade to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, portion control and cleanliness.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
