Job summary

The Frog is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie, Section Chef, or experienced Line Chef to join a new-build pub kitchen in Hampshire. Earn £14.00 per hour with tips and a 60% meals discount; live-in accommodation available for £77.70 per week depending on availability.

We offer 5 days on, 2 days off, permanent or seasonal contracts, and a strong training culture as part of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. A pathway to Level 3 Production Chef apprenticeship is available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie capable of running a section.
• Committed to consistency and presentation.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Experienced in busy kitchens and able to work to spec.
• Informed about compliance and reliability under busy service.
