Heartwood Collection in Winchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work across sections, follow recipes, and help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes in a busy, award-winning pub and brasserie environment.

We offer a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour with TRONC, plus potential on-target earnings of £15–£16 including TRONC. Benefits include training, EarlyPay, maternity/paternity leave, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
