The Inn Collection Group invites applications for a Chef de Partie position at a Lakeland pub with rooms in Coniston. You will be at the heart of the kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail across your section while working with the broader team to maintain high standards.

You'll Fit Right Inn

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
