Job summary

The Inn Collection Group’s Harrogate property is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You’ll be responsible for your section, delivering high-quality, well-presented dishes in a fast-paced environment, while upholding food safety standards.

You’ll work closely with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless service, with a strong focus on teamwork, efficiency, and consistency in every plate that leaves the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for food and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
