Upham Inns is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. You will lead a section, maintain high standards, and support the Head/Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates have experience at a similar level and a passion for high-quality fresh food. Right to Work in the UK is required; duties include timely training and adhering to food safety and employment laws.

Formación

• Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar level position, with aptitude for leadership.
• Candidates with skills in preparing high quality fresh food dining will be advantageous.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist the Head chef/Sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Setting an example and guiding junior chefs.
• To complete all training in a timely manner.
• To comply with statutory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members are aware of these requirements and are working in them.
• Ensuring you follow Food safety laws and requirements.
• Maintain a positive and approachable manner and be a strong team player.
