LGH Hotels Management Ltd, in partnership with Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will manage a dedicated kitchen section, delivering high-quality dishes and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a busy environment.

You will mentor junior team members, work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth service, and contribute to guest satisfaction through consistent presentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and support junior team members.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently within your section.
• Own your area to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Support, guide and develop junior kitchen members.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
