Village Hotels in Cardiff is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie who will own a section, float to support the brigade, and ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our exact standards for quality, temperature and presentation.

You’ll drive food safety, HACCP compliance, train and supervise junior kitchen staff, manage stock to par levels, and protect gross profit, with opportunities to develop within a supportive, people‑focused team.

Qualificações

• Leadership and supervision of a kitchen team
• Strong focus on food safety and brand delivery
• Experience with HACCP and EHO directives
• Stock control and cost management practices

Responsabilidades

• Operate as hands-on Chef de Partie and run your own section while supporting the wider brigade
• Drive food safety and maintain HACCP/EHO compliance and temperature controls
• Supervise and coach junior kitchen team members and porters
• Manage stock to par levels and maintain accurate stock paperwork for monthly stock takes
