Job summary

Boundary Outlet is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support Bannister's Restaurant's kitchen operations under the Restaurant Manager. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes while upholding strict hygiene standards and cleanliness.

You will manage your section during service, train junior staff, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver a memorable dining experience. Prior chef experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a chef role.
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Lead designated kitchen section during service.
• Support kitchen and Front of House to ensure a great dining experience.
