Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Chef de Partie for Beaconsfield Care Home in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team delivering nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals for residents.

The role requires a catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1/706/2 or NVQ or equivalent) and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, plus at least 1 year of catering experience.

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Have a minimum of 1-year catering experience.

• Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Aufgaben

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals for residents.
• Take part in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss catering functions and special dietary needs.
• Prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard as directed by the Head Chef.
• Assist with cost-effective stock control to minimise waste and ensure procedures are in place.
• Collaborate to develop and review the menu regularly.
