LGH Hotels Management Ltd is recruiting a Chef de Partie for Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport. You will join a busy kitchen team in a hotel with 300 bedrooms near Glasgow Airport and provide high‑quality dishes with consistency and confidence.

You will lead a section, support junior team members, and uphold food safety and cleanliness while contributing to a smooth service during peak times.

Qualifications

• Has experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Takes pride in producing high‑quality, well‑presented food.
• Enjoys responsibility for own section and working with structure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are always met
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well‑timed service
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods
