Nestled in the historic heart of Pembrokeshire, Crest Hotels Group in Tenby invites a Chef De Partie to join a vibrant kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards, contribute to menu development, and showcase passion for quality and service.

The role requires previous chef experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work with initiative in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a Hotel, Restaurant, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Sound operational background.

Responsibilities

• Run a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel’s standards.
• Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
• Support the preparation & production of food to high standards with autonomy to share vision and experience.
