Ardencote Manor invites applications for a Chef de Partie at Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat. Qualifications

• Must have a positive, professional approach.
• Standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Confidence to support and motivate other team members.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to get involved.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and delivering food to a consistently high standard.
• Taking responsibility for your section and supporting daily kitchen operations.
• Helping to supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Supporting stock control, ordering and monthly stocktakes.
• Checking deliveries and ensuring ingredients meet quality standards.
• Helping to reduce food waste and manage stock effectively.
• Bringing ideas to regular menu changes using fresh ingredients.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Completing food and fridge temperature checks.
• Delegating tasks effectively when required.
• Communicating closely with the wider kitchen and restaurant teams.
