Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food, supervising a section, and supporting daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional approach, strong food hygiene knowledge, and the ability to motivate teammates. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth within a luxury wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering food to a consistently high standard.
• Taking responsibility for your section and supporting daily kitchen operations.
• Helping to supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Supporting stock control, ordering and monthly stocktakes.
• Checking deliveries and ensuring ingredients meet our quality standards.
• Helping to reduce food waste and manage stock effectively.
• Bringing ideas to regular menu changes using fresh ingredients.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Completing food and fridge temperature checks.
• Delegating tasks effectively when required.
• Communicating closely with the wider kitchen and restaurant teams.

What You'll Do

Additional Information

• 40 hours per week – Full-Time permanent position
• Working 5 days out of 7 per week (including weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be flexible to the business needs)
• Right to work in the UK required as time of application (visa sponsorship is not available)
