Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat in Ardencote Manor is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. In the Head Chef's absence, you'll take responsibility for kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and service.

You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage stock and supplier relations, and ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed. Flexible shifts across 7 days, 45 hours per week, with weekday/weekend patterns.

Aufgaben

• Deliver great food with high standards for quality and presentation.
• Lead, train, supervise and motivate the kitchen team.
• Manage rotas and staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Oversee stock, suppliers, and stock control; ensure deliveries meet standards.
• Communicate daily with Head Chef and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene, COSHH, and safety compliance across the kitchen.
• Take ownership when Head Chef is away to address guest issues.
