Job summary

Mint People is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for an ongoing temporary role in Hull. You will join a busy hotel kitchen, manage your own section during peak services and work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

The ideal candidate has previous Chef de Partie experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure in a professional hotel setting. Ongoing work available with a chance to gain further experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and passion for food.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in hotel kitchen environment is beneficial.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Managing your own section during busy services
• Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked
• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety
• Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries
• Supporting other sections when required
• Ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently
