Job Title: Chef de Partie – Hospitality Sandwich Chef
Location: London, Liverpool Street
Salary: £33,600 per year
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

Houston & Hawkes are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Hospitality Sandwich Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our signature sandwiches to the highest standards, from sourcing fresh ingredients to perfecting each layer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and assemble gourmet sandwiches with attention to detail and creativity
2. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, top-quality, and beautifully presented
3. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
4. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
5. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
6. Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas

About You:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, ideally within high-end hospitality
• A genuine passion for food and an eye for presentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
