Job summary

Artemis are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Pear Tree venue in Purton. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and bring a passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You should have at least 2 years in a similar role, good references, strong communication, HACCP knowledge, and own transport due to location. Full-time UK work eligibility is required.

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• A passion for cooking.
• Good Communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.
• To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given).
• Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef. Responding to emails.
• Using Checkit (full training given).

£30,000 per annum plus hourly overtime

Artemis are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at our Pear tree venue in Purton.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivation, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential.

The must haves

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• A passion for cooking.
• A proven track record, with good references to support your CV.
• Good Communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.
• Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK

What will my responsibilities include?
