Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will work at least two sections, follow recipes and deliver fresh, high-quality meals with classical techniques.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion and track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least two sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• Intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes.
• Work across kitchen sections as required and maintain cleanliness.
• Support senior chefs and follow specification and recipe standards.
