Job summary

Hydes Brewery is looking for a Chef de Partie to join The Stamford Bridge team near Chester. You’ll deliver high standards, work on seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly, supportive environment.

You will have experience across all stations in a fresh food setting, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. The role offers up to 40–48 hours across 5 days, with paid breaks, uniform provided and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prepare dishes to specification across all stations.
• Assist Sous/Head Chef with food ordering and stock control.
