Job summary

Hydes Brewery Ltd in the UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver excellent food standards, work across all kitchen stations, and support the team in creating seasonal menus and daily specials.

You will assist the Sous and Head Chef with ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. Prior experience in fresh food environments is preferred, with progression potential from commis.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and consistency in dish prep.
• Experience across stations with ability to produce starters, mains and desserts.
• Experience in fresh food environments preferred; progress from commis welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to spec across all stations.
• Assist Sous and Head Chef with food ordering and stock management.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and a 5-star rating.

Job description

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

Established in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels, and continues to grow, while still retaining its family feel. We have pubs across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and throughout Cheshire including Chester and Wrexham and some in the Wirral, near Liverpool.
