Job summary

Hydes Brewery is looking for a Chef de Partie to join The Stamford Bridge team near Chester. You’ll deliver high standards, work on seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly, supportive environment.

You will have experience across all stations in a fresh food setting, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. The role offers up to 40–48 hours across 5 days, with paid breaks, uniform provided and development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
