Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Head and Sous Chefs, helping run day-to-day operations, monitor food quality and hygiene, and ensure HACCP standards are maintained.

We value passion for food, a mature approach with customers and colleagues, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy hotel environment. Training and development opportunities are available through our Dalata Academy.

Formación

• Experience in hotels or similar environments.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under guidance.
• Follow Head Chef’s example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene during prep and storage.
