Job summary

Thwaites in Penrith is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our high performing brigade in a well-equipped kitchen. You will produce delicious food from fresh ingredients, follow established recipes, and bring creative flair while maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie or similar role experience.
• Experience with fresh produce.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Use eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch.
• Manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
• Maintain areas of work and machinery.
• Control the order and storage of food supplies.
• Support other team members across the kitchen.
• Team work.
