Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on-target earnings between £15 and £15.50 when TRONC is included.

We value passion, freshness, and a track record of delivering high-quality dishes. You will work across multiple sections, follow recipes, and develop skills through our Stepping Stones programme.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
• Ability to work across at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes.
