Job summary

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Chef de Partie to join its award-winning kitchen teams across its pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on target earnings of £15–£15.50 per hour including TRONC.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.

• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Support the team to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes.
